Pizza Pilgrims was set up by brothers Thom and James Elliot in 2012 when they drove their little three-wheeled pizza van back from Sicily to London on a pizza pilgrimage to learn the secrets of Italy’s national dish. Back in London they set about making their mark on the London pizza scene and a few years on they have pizzerias dotted around central London. Their van was “course-side” at the original Swingers pop-up serving up their Neapolitan pizzas to hungry golfers, so we’re excited to have them back.
With queues around the block, the original Patty&Bun residency at 54 St James Street in Mayfair sparked a wave of excitement amongst burger lovers from all over the world. Now with sites in Soho, Liverpool St and London Fields (and their 1987 Grumman Olson Kurbmaster aka ’Shirley’), people just can’t seem to get enough of the little joint. Patty&Bun use the freshest and tastiest ingredients that they can get their hands on and the best of British wherever possible.
Hoppers, located on Soho’s Frith Street, is inspired by the family cooking and roadside boutiques of Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. Set up by the Sethi siblings – who are also responsible for London restaurant favourites including the Michelin starred Trishna, Gymkhana, Lyle’s, Kitchen Table and cult classics BAO and Bubbledogs – Hoppers launched in 2015, and became a stand-out hit which resulted in them being awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Hoppers is now bringing a taste of Sri Lankan magic to Swingers with a selection of short eats and kothu dishes.
At Swingers, we believe that while our guests competitively socialise, they should always have a drink in their hand. To that end we have five bars serving a delicious list of cocktails, beers, fine wines and spirits. We guarantee you’ll find something on the menu to suit your mood, whet your appetite or celebrate a job well done – whether on the course or in the office.
